Kids Like Me offers full day, half day and bespoke music workshops for groups of up to 100 people. Our workshop themes include:

About the Music Workshops
- At each music workshop, we provide 1 – 2 fully trained workshop leaders.
- We also supply all of the musical instruments, information sheets and resources to ensure a successful, exciting and memorable musical experience.
- The music workshop can be tailored to your own budget and requirements.
- Each workshop teaches basic timings, rhythms and techniques and includes interactive games and activities that engage all participants.
- We also aim to boost confidence by encouraging less confident children / adults to participate in the workshop.
- Every participant has the opportunity to play at least two different instruments and often more, depending on the length of the workshop.
- The workshop leaders will also provide an insight into the origins of our fair trade musical instruments and how they are used around the world.
- At the end of each music workshop, participants will be able to perform a rhythm piece using the skills that they have gained during the workshop.

How to Book
Kids Like Me offers full day, half day and other bespoke sessions to customers throughout England and Wales. In East Sussex, we are able to offer term based Music Workshops for schools and nurseries. For example, a 6 or 12 week music programme held once a week in your own setting. This is a fantastic way to build up musical ability and technique and engage children in a wide range of interactive musical activities, games, story telling and nursery rhymes, with an African twist!
